Lead integrated financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling; own budgeting and management reporting; partner with Accounting and business leaders; support IPO readiness, M&A, investor/lender reporting, and systems/process improvements to improve forecast accuracy and reporting discipline.

Lead a nine-person accounting team to own month-end close, prepare consolidated US GAAP financial statements, manage audits and tax support, perform technical accounting analysis, and improve accounting controls and reporting in a multi‑currency, project-driven environment.
