Own Earth’s product direction, roadmap, prioritization, processes, and release cadence. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and leadership to build consumer products and optimize family experiences. Lead customer discovery, product measurement, launches, and iteration while remaining hands-on. Build the Design function, hire the first Product Designer, mentor the existing Product Manager, and help scale the product organization.
