Leads enterprise-wide corporate accounting, financial reporting, consolidations, close, audits, compliance, and variance analysis across multiple entities and states. Directs the transition to NetSuite, standardizes accounting practices, builds reporting dashboards, and presents insights to the CFO and ownership. Recruits, coaches, and develops corporate and property-level finance teams while maintaining GAAP, tax, and reporting standards.

Performs proactive maintenance, inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and safety checks in hotel guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public areas. Reports serious issues and hazards, maintains quality standards, supports guest service, protects company assets, and follows safety procedures. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds and completing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks such as painting, fixture replacement, carpet cleaning, and appliance inspections.

Performs preventive maintenance and minor repairs throughout hotel guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces. Duties include inspecting and servicing equipment, cleaning and refreshing room components, replacing fixtures, touch-up painting, identifying safety hazards, reporting serious issues, and maintaining guest service and safety standards. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds and completing scheduled maintenance systematically.

Manages post-contract hotel group accounts from planning through on-site execution. Coordinates room blocks, function details, food and beverage, audiovisual needs, vendors, VIP arrangements, BEOs, group resumes, departmental communication, and final billing. Monitors attrition and cancellation exposure, leads pre-con meetings, resolves on-site issues, maintains event records, and serves as the primary client contact without prospecting responsibilities.

Maintains hotel cleanliness and appearance, checks hallways and vending areas, removes trash and trays, delivers linen and supplies to room attendants, completes daily checklists and shift reports, and provides friendly guest service. Requires weekend availability from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., professionalism, organization, teamwork, empathy, and initiative.

Maintains hotel cleanliness and appearance by inspecting hallways and vending areas, removing trash and room-service items, delivering linen and supplies to room attendants, completing checklists and shift reports, and assisting guests professionally. Requires strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, organization, teamwork, empathy, initiative, and prioritization. A high school diploma or at least one year of room-attendant or related experience is required; hotel or customer-service experience is preferred.
