Build and evolve scalable full-stack products using React, TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Django. Own frontend and backend architecture, APIs, testing, CI/CD, observability, performance, and reliability. Collaborate with Product and Design, lead technical initiatives, identify risks, define solutions in ambiguous environments, and mentor engineers. Develop 0-to-1 experiences and production systems across cloud-based environments while establishing engineering standards and monitoring technical and product metrics.

Partner with CMO and product leaders to build AI-driven analytics agents, automate experimentation readouts, and productionize measurement systems. Lead causal inference, uplift modeling, and product/growth analytics to inform acquisition, engagement, retention, monetization, and LTV. Mentor the analytics team and translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations for product and marketing.

Lead reliability strategy and AI-first operational workflows across critical services. Define SLOs, observability, incident response, resilience, and production-readiness standards; command major incidents; reduce on-call toil; build AI-assisted tooling for triage, investigation, runbooks, postmortems, and remediation; guide AWS architecture; and mentor engineers across product, infrastructure, and security teams.
