Lead People function operations, scalable HR programs, transformation initiatives, project intake, reporting, documentation, and AI-driven workflow improvements. Manage compensation cycles, performance reviews, engagement survey activation, organizational design, and process redesign. Act as the operational liaison between People, executive leadership, Finance, Legal, and IT while building systems, playbooks, and knowledge infrastructure that support organizational growth.

Lead the scaling, automation, and operation of an enterprise data platform. Design data infrastructure, pipelines, event-driven systems, AI-enabled analytical tools, and governance frameworks. Advise cross-functional stakeholders, optimize large datasets and databases, mentor engineers, guide architecture and technical roadmaps, manage project risks and timelines, and lead cross-team initiatives and hiring activities.

The Software Engineer will build AI-powered chatbot workflows, own features end-to-end, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a strong engineering foundation and experience with AI development tools, focusing on enhancing software processes.
