Leads a full-stack engineering team of backend and mobile engineers, contributing to architecture, scalable code, product development, and rapid experimentation. Partners with product and engineering teams to improve business metrics, deliver features, and manage evolving priorities. Recruits, mentors, and coaches engineers, promotes technical excellence, and manages cross-functional relationships. The role requires hands-on software engineering leadership and experience delivering critical infrastructure or high-scale payments systems.

Support the full M&A lifecycle, including target screening, due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, investment recommendations, transaction execution, and post-merger integration. Conduct market research, analyze financial statements and KPIs, prepare materials for senior leadership and the board, and collaborate with finance, legal, operations, and external advisors.

Designs website and landing page UI, digital ad graphics, and short-form video content. Uses AI creative tools, prompt engineering, modular templates, and structured workflows to produce scalable creative variations. Maintains brand consistency and regulatory compliance, iterates rapidly based on performance data, documents prompt systems, and evaluates emerging AI techniques.
