Design and refine core consumer financial-product experiences across bank connectivity, earnings tracking, and repayment flows. Partner cross-functionally to define requirements, run research and usability testing, establish design systems, resolve friction in critical flows, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive measurable improvements in user satisfaction and retention.

Lead design and implementation of distributed microservice features for member acquisition and onboarding. Build robust REST/gRPC integrations, mentor engineers, define technical direction, estimate project timelines, and drive cross-team initiatives while using AI-assisted development tools.

Own and build Android growth features end-to-end: partner with product/design/analytics, run instrumented experiments (A/B tests), use AI-assisted workflows, contribute across stack as needed, ensure scalable architectures and robust testing/CI/CD, and iterate based on metrics to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
