Own and build Android growth features end-to-end: partner with product/design/analytics, run instrumented experiments (A/B tests), use AI-assisted workflows, contribute across stack as needed, ensure scalable architectures and robust testing/CI/CD, and iterate based on metrics to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.

Lead a full-stack engineering team (backend and mobile) to develop early-stage Savings products. Act as a hands-on, product-minded manager embedding AI-native workflows, driving architecture, hiring and coaching engineers, partnering with product, and delivering scalable, high-impact features.

Design, build, and maintain backend microservices (Go) and frontend features (React/TypeScript) for a time & attendance payroll product. Implement scalable APIs, deploy services to Kubernetes, manage infrastructure as code, investigate production issues, perform code reviews, and collaborate with product and design to deliver reliable, user-focused features.
