The Staff Software Engineer will lead the development of a scalable lending ecosystem, architect customer-centric financial products, and maintain product performance through collaboration with teams and implementation of best practices.

Lead marketing operations by owning the enterprise ESP and ad operations, building tracking and data integrations, designing scalable campaign infrastructure, enforcing deliverability and compliance, implementing monitoring and validation, and enabling advanced personalization across lifecycle channels.

Lead marketing performance analytics including budget allocation, channel mix, attribution, MMM/MTA, and incrementality. Build dashboards, KPIs, and scalable data models; partner with Analytics Engineering and marketing leadership to influence strategy, run experiments, and improve data quality and measurement across channels.
