Support implementation and evaluation of early learning quality initiatives by conducting CLASS and other classroom observations, providing individualized coaching and technical assistance, analyzing program data, facilitating professional development, and maintaining records to improve teaching practices and program outcomes.

Support early learning childcare providers by conducting VPK and School Readiness (SR) monitoring visits, entering monitoring data, offering technical assistance and training, issuing Corrective Action Plans, coordinating contractual requirements, reviewing provider profiles, and communicating with providers, parents, and coalition staff to ensure compliance with health, safety, and VPK/SR policies.

Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of professional learning for early childhood educators; manage LMS (LearnWorlds); oversee IACET accreditation; develop strategic workforce initiatives, partnerships, and events; supervise Education Support Team; use data to drive continuous improvement and ensure training quality and compliance.
