Teams at Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County

Leads early learning initiatives and grant-funded projects, overseeing planning, contracts, budgets, compliance, vendors, reporting, data systems, training, and stakeholder relationships. Supervises the Education Support Team and collaborates with internal departments, childcare providers, community partners, and government organizations. Ensures programs align with state requirements and coalition priorities while monitoring deliverables, expenditures, and continuous improvement.
