Creates brand-appropriate visual designs for print and digital media, including brochures, advertisements, presentations, social graphics, email marketing, and video content. Develops creative concepts, edits multimedia, prepares files for production, coordinates with vendors and creative partners, presents ideas to clients, proofreads materials, and maintains brand standards, templates, and visual assets.

Manages Earlham College’s admissions email and SMS communications in Slate, including campaign development, segmentation, personalization, testing, quality assurance, and performance reporting. Drafts recruitment-focused copy for email, web, and SMS; coordinates communications calendars; maintains data dictionaries and query libraries; and recommends conversion improvements based on analytics. Also updates recruitment website content and manages communications to current-student families while collaborating with campus stakeholders and external marketing partners.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor of Computer Science responsible for teaching undergraduate courses across the curriculum, conducting research with undergraduate students, developing innovative instruction, and contributing to multidisciplinary collaborations and student Applied Groups. The role requires participation in Earlham’s liberal arts mission, inclusive community, and principles and practices.
