Lead and manage a school library program that fosters literacy, information/media literacy, research skills, and digital citizenship. Collaborate with teachers and leadership to integrate library resources into curriculum, run student and family literacy initiatives, manage collections and systems (including NOVELny and TeachingBooks), support struggling readers, deliver varied instructional models, build community partnerships, and evaluate program impact.

Provide day-to-day operational support for the school across communication, data reporting, enrollment, events, facilities, finance/purchasing, and technology. Manage school information systems, support families and staff, oversee inventory and invoices, assist with maintenance requests, attend outreach events, and provide basic IT/device support. Work closely with leadership, board, staff, families and external partners; may work evenings and weekends as needed.

Lead non-instructional school operations and technology systems, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance (NYSED/SUNY), vendor coordination, budget support, staff supervision, and development of systems and SOPs to support daily school functioning and events.
