Lead shop-floor process improvements to increase OEE, yield and reduce cost in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. Support new product introduction, validation, root-cause investigations, maintain PFMEAs/process documentation, and drive Lean continuous improvement while collaborating with production, quality and engineering teams.

Manage the global Ostomy pouches & accessories portfolio through the product lifecycle, driving commercial performance, NPD, market and competitor analysis, cross-functional launches, regulatory (MDR) alignment, and product training and documentation.
