Manage all occupancy functions for a 380-unit affordable housing property: maintain waitlist and recertification schedule, ensure HUD/LIHTC/TCAC compliance, oversee EIV and discrepancy reporting, market and lease units, conduct applicant interviews and move-ins, provide resident relations, and maintain accurate records and administrative support.

Oversees occupancy operations for a tax-credit multifamily housing property, including waitlists, applicant screening, leasing, move-ins, recertifications, interim certifications, HUD and LIHTC compliance, EIV reporting, marketing, resident relations, inspections, and administrative records. The role also supports office staff, maintains accurate documentation, responds to resident concerns, and helps train onsite personnel.

Coordinate and execute training logistics, administer the LMS, support onboarding and engagement, manage vendor and technology needs for virtual and in-person sessions, track compliance and reporting, and provide administrative support to Talent Development to promote employee learning and growth.
