Coordinate and execute training logistics, administer the LMS, support onboarding and engagement, manage vendor and technology needs for virtual and in-person sessions, track compliance and reporting, and provide administrative support to Talent Development to promote employee learning and growth.

Manage occupancy and recertification activities for a 355-unit senior affordable housing property, including waitlist management, LIHTC/HUD/TCAC compliance, marketing and leasing, resident relations, EIV and Yardi reporting, and administrative support to ensure timely certifications and minimal vacancy loss.

Provide Yardi help-desk support and end-to-end systems solutions for property management software. Troubleshoot software and banking integrations, configure user security and reports, manage data integrity, assist implementations and upgrades, train staff, collaborate with vendors, and ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations.
