Leads daily production activities as a working lead, preparing the production floor, coordinating team assignments, troubleshooting equipment, monitoring schedules and productivity, and supporting quality and safety goals. Provides training, coaching, technical guidance, documentation, and administrative support while serving as a production-area subject matter expert. Requires battery assembly expertise, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and willingness to obtain ATF clearance.

Designs, develops, validates, and qualifies mechanical components and lithium-ion battery systems for defense, aerospace, and commercial applications. Responsibilities include 3D CAD modeling, drawings, BOMs, tolerance analysis, prototyping, tooling and manufacturing process development, environmental testing support, configuration control, and resolving hardware or process issues. The engineer collaborates with multidisciplinary R&D, manufacturing, quality, electrical, and customer teams throughout product development and commercialization.

Provide help desk support for end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, respond to escalated requests, and reduce downtime. Support technology projects, application implementations, hardware inventory, shipping, and testing. Document issues, train users with varying technical abilities, and work independently or collaboratively to support Windows, Mac, Office 365, VPN, VOIP, printers, laptops, and workstations.
