Provide help desk support for end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, respond to escalated requests, and reduce downtime. Support technology projects, application implementations, hardware inventory, shipping, and testing. Document issues, train users with varying technical abilities, and work independently or collaboratively to support Windows, Mac, Office 365, VPN, VOIP, printers, laptops, and workstations.

Supports government compliance and financial reporting, including incurred cost submissions, indirect rate calculations, cost-plus invoicing, FAR and CAS compliance, close analysis, labor analysis, overhead and SG&A reporting, annual planning, and customer order analysis. The role requires collaboration across the organization, strong Excel and analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with government accounting and reporting.

Set up, program, and operate CNC and other machine-shop equipment to produce precision metal parts. Read blueprints and engineering drawings, perform tool changes and offsets, inspect parts using quality plans, document production and ERP transactions, troubleshoot processes, and maintain safe working conditions. The role also supports training and requires knowledge of machining mathematics, GD&T, measurement tools, and machine-shop quality practices.
