Partner with Eagle’s founders across acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, and company operations. Build trust with engineering-firm owners and leaders, manage integration workstreams, support deal relationships from initial contact through close, and help with recruiting, logistics, and administration. The role combines M&A, strategic operations, and on-site implementation, requiring strong communication, persuasion, resourcefulness, frequent travel, and daily use of AI tools.

Own the end-to-end product surface for an AI-native engineering platform, including interaction design, prototyping, production frontend development, and design system ownership. Work directly with the CTO and engineering-firm users to define trustworthy AI interaction patterns involving streaming, human review, provenance, citations, and agent transparency. Contribute to product strategy, acquisitions, architecture decisions, user research, and rapid experimentation.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll develop platform solutions, collaborate with the CTO, and engage with engineering staff to improve workflows using AI tools.
