Set up, program, operate and maintain CNC lathes and mills using Mastercam; develop and revise CNC programs from 3D CAD models and blueprints; collaborate with machinists and engineers to optimize manufacturing; apply GD&T and interpret engineering drawings; perform precision measurement and follow AS9100 quality processes on government contracts.

Operate CNC machines and conventional machine tools to produce precision aerospace parts. Read blueprints, calculate operations, read/edit G-Code, apply GD&T, meet .0001" tolerances, follow procedures, use precision measuring tools, lift up to 50 lbs, and work assigned shifts on government contracts.

Lead cross-disciplinary teams to execute complex aerospace engineering and manufacturing projects. Manage client communications, schedules, budgets, vendors, contracts, reporting, and subordinate staff. Ensure project objectives, compliance with requirements, and customer satisfaction within established constraints.

Support company growth through business development and marketing: prepare proposals, maintain CRM, build project timelines with MS Project, create marketing collateral, manage events and social media, generate sales reporting, and provide executive administrative support.

Design, develop, and integrate mechanical and electro-mechanical subsystems for aerospace components. Create detailed drawings and models, perform analysis and testing (environmental, stress, flight), support manufacturing and flight test operations, and troubleshoot field issues under senior direction.
