Creates and maintains technical manuals, parts books, and safety documentation for industrial equipment. Photographs and documents equipment setup, startup, maintenance, and field installation procedures. Collaborates with engineers, customers, and other stakeholders, using engineering drawings to identify parts and assemblies. Ensures documentation accuracy, tracks project schedules, supports quality systems, and drives continuous improvement.

Installs, starts up, troubleshoots, repairs, and documents hydraulic and electrical systems on industrial machinery. Builds hose assemblies, configures hydraulic pressure and flow, installs low- and high-voltage wiring, connects motors and control panels, diagnoses equipment faults, interprets schematics and blueprints, and verifies work against specifications. The role also requires safe use of shop tools, lifting equipment, diagnostic instruments, ladders, and elevated work areas.

Analyze customer needs and design mechanical equipment; create and check assembly and detail drawings using AutoCAD/Inventor; improve product efficiency; coordinate with departments and vendors; perform field measurements and site visits; travel with sales; support quality system and continuous improvement.
