Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner embedded with multiple business units, advising leaders on performance management, career pathing, workforce planning, recruitment strategy, organizational design, and change management. Coach managers on employee relations, drive performance review processes, analyze workforce trends, and partner with Talent teams to deploy HR programs and AI-enabled workforce analysis to inform decisions.

Serve as an embedded HR Business Partner advising leaders across divisions on talent strategy, performance management, career pathing, workforce planning, recruitment strategy, employee engagement, and organizational change. Collaborate with cross-functional Talent teams, analyze workforce data, support performance review processes, and coach managers to drive strategic outcomes and retention.

Serve as a strategic advisor to higher-education institutions using EAB's Edify platform. Translate institutional priorities into data strategy, drive adoption and change management, align technology and services, measure impact, and advocate partner needs across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services.
