Provides strategic advising and product expertise for Navigate360 Enrollment Success partners. Drives technology adoption, analyzes utilization and partner health data, manages escalations, develops success plans and scalable enablement resources, and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Support, and Partner Success teams. Leads partner meetings, trainings, process improvements, and post-launch interventions to improve enrollment outcomes and partner value.

Serves as strategic partner to the President of Seramount, leading executive preparation, strategic prioritization, cross-functional initiatives, leadership operating rhythms, decision support, communications, organizational change, AI adoption, and employee engagement. The role translates strategy into coordinated execution, facilitates leadership decisions, and ensures commitments are completed across the organization.

Writes and revises original copy for partner institutions’ mail and online enrollment marketing campaigns. Incorporates feedback, contributes to client and recruitment marketing discussions, collaborates with art, web design, and account teams, supports overflow work, and adapts to changing systems and processes. The temporary role lasts approximately four months and requires managing multiple deadlines, meeting tight timelines, and occasional late or weekend work.
