Leads large industrial controls projects from proposal development through design, procurement, implementation, commissioning, and closeout. Manages client communication, scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, subcontractors, risks, resources, and project profitability. Coordinates geographically dispersed teams and collaborates with operations to deliver projects on time and within budget. The role requires project management and control systems engineering experience, with travel to support onsite activities in the Northern California area.

Designs, programs, tests, commissions, and supports industrial control systems in regulated environments. Responsibilities include configuring Allen-Bradley PLCs, PlantPAx modules, Ignition SCADA and HMI systems, alarms, reporting, historians, network integrations, and FAT/SAT documentation. The engineer collaborates with process, facilities, and validation teams to deliver compliant biopharmaceutical manufacturing and building management solutions.

Designs, deploys, tests, commissions, and maintains industrial control systems. Develops control documentation, sequences, testing scripts, and PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs. Performs quality checks, bench testing, instrumentation startup, onsite commissioning, and installation QA/QC. Collaborates with customers, project managers, installation companies, and internal teams while providing progress updates. The role requires independent project execution, flexible scheduling, and 30–50% travel.
