The Project Quality Engineer will manage project quality activities, implement quality plans, conduct audits, and facilitate continuous improvement, focusing on renewable energy solutions.

Develops and validates high-fidelity power plant controller and EMS models for utility-scale BESS and hybrid renewable projects. Performs RMS and EMT simulations, grid interconnection studies, model benchmarking, field-data validation, and regulatory analysis. Collaborates with OEMs, consultants, engineering, product, and customer teams to support digital twins, grid integration, and system performance optimization. Builds Python automation tools and may support HIL/SIL testing, with occasional customer and field travel.

Own certification, compliance, and grid-code strategy for inverter, PCS, and BESS products. Lead certification roadmaps, standards interpretation, lab and NRTL coordination, testing, technical documentation, traceability, risk management, corrective actions, and approval milestones. Partner with firmware, controls, hardware, validation, quality, manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and regulatory stakeholders to bring utility-scale energy technologies to market.
