Lead design and optimization of embedded systems for connected products. Define software requirements and architectures, select MCUs, integrate BLE/Wi‑Fi and cloud connectivity, enforce security and safety (secure boot, OTA), guide JDM suppliers, participate in DFMEA, review code quality, and drive process improvements from concept through production while collaborating across hardware, business, and supplier teams.

Lead commercial and trading strategy for the Beauty category: support NPD launches, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, develop brand and account communication, execute integrated marketing and trading plans, partner with Sales and Key Accounts, set KPIs, run trading initiatives and deep-dive performance analysis to drive sell-out, distribution, and brand equity.
