Serve as the technical product owner partnered with Design/Project Management to own product-level functional and non-functional requirements, lead cross-functional trade-offs, chair technical reviews, report technical readiness to directors, mentor engineers, and drive platforming opportunities for future products.

Lead cross-functional New Product Development projects from concept to SOP and launch. Coordinate teams across design, research, procurement, manufacturing, commercial and marketing; manage schedules, risks, budgets, resources and information governance. Communicate status to senior stakeholders, resolve conflicts, ensure engineering discipline and process adherence, and travel frequently to China to support development activities.

Lead discovery and development of new floorcare and adjacent home technologies. Design and build prototypes, run and analyse tests, manage risk and requirements, collaborate with global product teams, document results, and mentor junior engineers.
