The Assistant Farm Manager will support crop production, labor coordination, machinery operation, safety standards, and team development in agriculture.

Lead and maintain the Food Safety and Quality Management System across CEA, processing and ingredients operations. Ensure compliance with legislation, BRCGS, Red Tractor and customer standards, manage HACCP, lead audits, support customers and regulatory bodies, drive continuous improvement in food safety, quality, traceability and technical performance, and lead technical projects and stakeholder communication.

Interim HR Business Partner leading the people agenda across multiple Dyson Farming sites. Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders on employee relations, organisational design, workforce planning, recruitment, reward and payroll oversight. Deliver HR metrics and insights, drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives, ensure UK employment law compliance, support change and continuous improvement, and lead an HR Advisor.

Operate and maintain an anaerobic digestion (AD) and CHP plant on a 4-on/4-off shift pattern. Monitor SCADA, respond to alarms and call-outs, perform scheduled maintenance, sample and load feedstock, complete daily checks and records, and follow health and safety procedures. Provide weekend and bank holiday cover as required.

The PHD Industry Placement involves assisting in agricultural research, data collection, crop husbandry, and managing a research project under mentorship for practical experience.
