Coordinates research projects, funding applications, budgets, procurement, reporting, stakeholder engagement, events, trial data, and project documentation. Supports researchers and business partners by monitoring milestones, maintaining accurate records, processing financial information, arranging equipment and services, and sharing research findings through reports and communications. The role also provides administrative support to the Head of Research and wider Dyson Farming Research team.

Own FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, five-year planning, financial modeling, cash-flow reporting, variance analysis, and executive reporting. Develop board presentations, dashboards, and performance reports; track risks and opportunities; manage strategic funding controls; and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders. The role also drives process improvements, automation, reporting standardization, and collaboration across finance and business teams.
