Own budget allocation, build and optimize campaigns, test creative and store pages, maintain tracking (UTMs, pixels, deeplinks, SKAdNetwork), compare platform and analytics data, run experiments, and report weekly/monthly performance with clear recommendations.

Part-time Growth Manager (Mon-Wed, 24 hrs/week) who analyzes subscription funnel data, defines and ships product/marketing experiments across paid acquisition, onboarding, retention, and lifecycle messaging, evaluates results to decide next steps, and maintains a prioritized growth backlog while improving automation and AI-driven workflows.
