Lead advanced security operations: escalate and resolve complex incidents, improve SIEM/EDR detection and automation, perform threat hunting and log analysis, mentor junior engineers, maintain runbooks, and support compliance and incident readiness exercises.

Provide on-site technical support for factory floor PCs and production systems: troubleshoot hardware/software/robotic issues, manage support queues, maintain IT inventory and license compliance, liaise with vendors, and perform physical field work (lifting, bending, climbing).

Provide advanced in-person desktop/laptop and peripheral support, troubleshoot complex incidents, deploy and maintain hardware/software, manage tickets to SLAs, perform updates and RCA, support endpoint connectivity, document procedures, liaise with vendors, and mentor junior analysts.
