Leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, scenario modeling, and decision support for Research and Development. Partners with executives and R&D leaders on clinical trial forecasting, portfolio investment, resource allocation, cash runway, and operating performance. Oversees financial models, dashboards, actuals reporting, accrual support, controls, and process improvements while ensuring alignment with US GAAP and SOX. Builds and develops FP&A talent and presents executive-level recommendations.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the SVP and US Affiliate Leadership Team. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and event coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, document preparation, action-item tracking, cross-functional coordination, budget and invoice support, and process improvement. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, strong organization, and proactive management of executive and affiliate operations.

Provides strategic administrative and operational support to senior executives, managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, meetings, events, communications, expenses, board activities, and cross-functional initiatives. Coordinates leadership operations, tracks priorities and deliverables, supports governance and organizational effectiveness, and serves as a trusted liaison to internal and external stakeholders. Requires exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
