Designs, synthesizes, purifies, characterizes, and optimizes protein, peptide, antibody, and oligonucleotide bioconjugates for therapeutic programs. Develops linker and site-specific conjugation strategies, analyzes experimental data, troubleshoots technical challenges, documents findings, and collaborates cross-functionally across chemistry, protein engineering, analytical sciences, biology, and process development. Supports technology innovation and transfer of conjugation processes to development and manufacturing teams.

Lead and oversee statistical programming across multiple clinical studies, ensuring CDISC-compliant datasets and TLFs, vendor coordination, submission readiness (eCTD), development of reusable tools/automation, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to departmental standards, processes, and strategy to support regulatory submissions and clinical decision-making.

The Director oversees and evolves the Quality Management System, embedding quality in operations and ensuring compliance with global regulations while managing audits and supplier quality.
