Leads FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, scenario planning, and business performance reporting. Owns FP&A systems, dashboards, reporting tools, and financial data warehouse capabilities while partnering with Accounting, IT, and business leaders. Provides actionable insights for resource allocation, investment decisions, operational planning, and strategic initiatives, and supports Board and Audit Committee reporting.

Leads revenue accounting for commercial pharmaceutical product sales, including ASC 606 revenue recognition, gross-to-net estimates, rebates, chargebacks, close activities, SOX controls, audits, SEC reporting, forecasting, and channel-data analysis. Partners with Commercial, FP&A, Market Access, Supply Chain, auditors, and senior leadership. Builds scalable revenue processes and evaluates systems as the company expands from single-product launch to a multi-product commercial portfolio.

Leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, scenario modeling, and decision support for Research and Development. Partners with executives and R&D leaders on clinical trial forecasting, portfolio investment, resource allocation, cash runway, and operating performance. Oversees financial models, dashboards, actuals reporting, accrual support, controls, and process improvements while ensuring alignment with US GAAP and SOX. Builds and develops FP&A talent and presents executive-level recommendations.
