Provide full-spectrum HR generalist support and talent initiatives across APAC, advising management, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, handling performance management, resolving complex employee relations, conducting investigations, and improving workplace morale and retention.

Lead and coordinate the Agile Release Train to ensure synchronized quarterly delivery. Facilitate PI Planning and all cross-team ceremonies, manage dependencies, drive program-level continuous improvement, report ART health and metrics, coach ART roles on SAFe, and ensure documentation, compliance, and predictable delivery of business value each Program Increment.

Facilitate PI Planning and ART ceremonies, manage the Program Board, coach ART roles, track metrics (Predictability, Flow, Business Value), resolve cross-team dependencies and impediments, drive continuous improvement, and report ART health to Chapter leadership.
