Owns product strategy and roadmap for AI evaluation, guardrails, agent governance, and observability solutions serving government and national security customers. Conducts customer discovery, translates mission needs into requirements, leads prototyping and pilots, analyzes AI system behavior, partners with engineering and research teams, and creates customer-facing materials. The role is highly customer-facing, requires regular onsite engagement and travel, and supports high-consequence public sector deployments.

Own the AgentWarden roadmap for securing enterprise AI agents across risk assessment, runtime controls, alerting, and incident investigation. Lead customer discovery, pilots, and requirements development with security and AI platform teams. Define success metrics, identify buyers and approvers, track agent frameworks and emerging threats, and collaborate with engineering, research, and other product managers. The role requires hands-on agent-building familiarity, knowledge of LLM threats, technical communication skills, and substantial customer-site travel.

Leads customer-facing strategy and execution for deploying AI assurance, evaluation, guardrail, observability, and agent governance solutions with public sector customers. Translates mission, policy, and technical requirements into use cases, pilots, implementation plans, demonstrations, and deployment strategies. Partners with government stakeholders, integrators, product, engineering, and growth teams while supporting proposals, pilots, and customer adoption. Requires strong AI, enterprise software, public sector, stakeholder, and communication expertise, plus U.S. citizenship and clearance eligibility.
