Processes project invoices from setup through execution, maintains contracts and purchase orders, supports project accounting, resolves billing issues, communicates with clients and project managers, follows up on collections, and ensures accurate, timely, contract-compliant invoicing.

Provides office and administrative support by answering phones, directing visitors, reproducing documents and plan sets, preparing proposals and engineering submission packages, maintaining files, scheduling meetings, and processing mail. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Conduct field and subsurface investigations, classify soils and rock, evaluate groundwater and environmental conditions, coordinate drilling and laboratory testing, and prepare geotechnical reports and construction inspection documentation. The role supports site development, stormwater, wastewater, foundation, excavation, and earthwork projects. Work is primarily outdoors, with substantial field inspection, data analysis, client communication, and coordination with project teams, contractors, laboratories, and regulatory agencies.
