Teams at Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC

Conduct field and subsurface investigations, classify soils and rock, evaluate groundwater and environmental conditions, coordinate drilling and laboratory testing, and prepare geotechnical reports and construction inspection documentation. The role supports site development, stormwater, wastewater, foundation, excavation, and earthwork projects. Work is primarily outdoors, with substantial field inspection, data analysis, client communication, and coordination with project teams, contractors, laboratories, and regulatory agencies.

Leads traffic engineering studies, design assignments, and operations contracts; manages budgets, schedules, technical production, client communications, personnel, subconsultants, and quality control. Prepares traffic, parking, operations, and safety analyses, presents findings, supports public hearings and business development, and oversees analysis using CORSIM, HCS, SYNCHRO, and VISSIM. Requires a Civil Engineering degree, PE registration, traffic engineering experience, and leadership capabilities.

Develops traffic impact, parking, operations, and safety analyses; oversees traffic signal, roadway lighting, signing, pavement marking, and traffic control plans.
