Summer internship program offering on-site opportunities in facilities, logistics, or engineering. Interns assist with department processes, paperwork, safety, inventory, warehousing, facilities maintenance, engineering data, project coordination, and company events. The program runs for 10 weeks in Summer 2026, requires 40 hours weekly, and includes physical work such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Engineering interns also support aircraft modifications and require AutoCAD and SolidWorks experience.

Researches and sources aircraft parts and materials for internal customers. Places orders, analyzes purchase requisitions, completes reporting, researches aircraft manuals and parts using ATA and IMPS, manages vendor relationships, supports sourcing agreements, and maintains accurate procurement data. The role requires Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and keyboarding skills, the ability to learn complex software, and knowledge of aviation maintenance, parts, tools, and terminology.

Maintains aircraft airframe and engine records, reviews logbook documentation, updates ERP data, supports maintenance scheduling, tracks inspection and compliance requirements, and prepares digital reports. The role validates records, reconciles discrepancies, maintains technical references, and provides accurate maintenance information to operational teams and remote bases. Work is primarily desk-based, Monday through Friday, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Manages domestic, international, government, and commercial contracts across the full lifecycle. Reviews solicitations and agreements, negotiates terms, evaluates contractual risks, coordinates modifications and renewals, tracks obligations, and maintains contract records. Partners with business, finance, operations, proposal, and trade-compliance teams while supporting process improvements, standard terms, negotiation resources, and contracting procedures.

Supports cybersecurity compliance and authorization for systems handling CUI and sensitive information. Maintains CMMC, NIST, DFARS, and related controls; manages SSPs, POA&Ms, risk assessments, evidence, vulnerabilities, audits, access controls, monitoring, and incident response. Reviews vendors and technologies, coordinates remediation, maintains security policies, and collaborates with IT, leadership, assessors, and business stakeholders.

Leads aviation program planning and execution from initiation through completion. Coordinates engineering, maintenance, operations, supply chain, customers, and project personnel to deliver requirements on schedule, within budget, and to quality and regulatory standards. Manages scope, risks, resources, changes, customer relationships, reporting, training, and personnel issues while serving as the primary customer contact.

Provides entry-level HR support across recruiting, onboarding, orientation, employee records, benefits compliance, audits, employee engagement, company events, and sponsorship coordination. Maintains confidential personnel documentation, monitors employment-law compliance deadlines, supports audits and reporting, and assists employees and leadership across multiple HR processes. Requires strong organization, discretion, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

Build and test a web application that consolidates flight operations and aircraft asset-tracking information. Responsibilities include gathering user requirements, developing workflows and dashboards, connecting internal databases and APIs, reconciling data, testing features, fixing defects, and maintaining technical documentation. The intern will use approved AI-assisted development tools while reviewing, testing, and explaining generated code, following secure development and change-control practices.

Supports business development through CRM administration, pipeline reporting, market research, proposal coordination, meeting and event logistics, and cross-functional process management. Maintains Microsoft Dynamics 365 data integrity, develops dashboards and reports, coordinates leadership activities, analyzes government market intelligence, and supports federal contracting proposals and forecasting. The role combines analytical, operational, administrative, and strategic business development responsibilities.
