Lead and administer HR for a manufacturing company: develop HR strategies, manage talent acquisition, employee relations, performance, compensation, benefits, compliance, training, safety oversight, HR metrics, and supervise HR staff to support operational excellence and employee engagement.

Design mechanical products and manufacturing processes, create 3D and assembly drawings, test and assure product quality, document and report, plan projects, support products through lifecycle, and coordinate cross-functional teams using CAD and Microsoft Office tools.

Support product strategy execution, manage project timelines, gather requirements, maintain product data in PIM, assist financial analysis and launches, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing. Conduct field research and represent the brand at tradeshows.
