Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, plan and implement migrations, upgrades, network changes, and recovery improvements, and manage production changes safely. Maintain client ownership through communication, documentation, testing, rollback planning, and project handoff. Mentor junior technical staff, record service activity, participate in potential on-call coverage, and visit client sites as needed.
