The Threat Expert manages the cyber threat landscape, conducts threat hunting, produces intelligence reports, and supports incident response efforts in a Security Operations Center.

Design, develop, and implement technical architectures for ERP package applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, lead large-scale IT projects, provide technical leadership and mentoring, and maintain expertise in ServiceNow/ITSM and ERP implementation best practices.

Provide L2 support for enterprise integration and middleware (IBM CP4I: ACE, MQ, API Connect) and Spring Boot microservices on OpenShift. Troubleshoot message flows, JVM performance, security (mTLS/OAuth2/JWE), platform resource allocation, and correlate logs using ELK/Splunk and monitoring tools to ensure high availability and reduce MTTR.
