Lead the strategy, roadmap, backlog, and shared capabilities for an insurance SaaS platform. Manage APIs, integrations, cloud services, AI and data services, design systems, reusable architecture, and partner ecosystems. Lead a team of 4–8 product professionals, establish KPIs, optimize platform performance and adoption, and collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Drive long-term strategy, innovation, investment prioritization, product launches, and go-to-market execution.

Own the Insurance Services product roadmap, backlog, priorities, and release plans. Lead customer discovery, requirements gathering, process modeling, user story development, and business process re-engineering. Partner with architecture, engineering, delivery, operations, and customer teams to define API-first, microservices-based, cloud-enabled solutions. Manage dependencies, risks, stakeholder alignment, modernization initiatives, and delivery execution while supporting customer adoption, demonstrations, and strategic engagements.

Gathers requirements, analyzes software architectures, documents functional designs and specifications, translates business needs for development teams, supports code reviews and defect tracking, and troubleshoots production issues. The role requires programming and query language knowledge, database management experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, U.S. citizenship, ITAR compliance, and completion of background and drug screenings.
