Responsibilities include infrastructure architecture, migrations, transformations, decommissioning, cloud and hybrid environment management, security guidance, capacity planning, documentation, vendor and stakeholder management, budgeting, and technical input for RFPs and strategic programs. The role also requires hands-on expertise across servers, networks, virtualization, containers, databases, monitoring, automation, disaster recovery, identity management, and DevOps practices.

Produces monthly compensation profit-and-loss and balance-sheet reports, analyzes compensation cost trends, supports deferred compensation reporting, performs month-end journals, validates financial data, manages close activities, and maintains the compensation control framework. The role requires accounting or audit experience, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, control-mindedness, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and responsible AI tools.

Supports corporate accounting processes for revenue and investments, including fee calculation, booking, invoicing, settlements, balance sheet substantiation, management reporting, audit requests, and issue resolution. The role performs financial analysis, control validation, exception management, stakeholder coordination, and ad hoc reporting while supporting projects and asset management operations.
