Manage owner-side multifamily capital improvement and renovation projects from scope and budgeting through construction, turnover, and closeout. Responsibilities include developing schedules, budgets, bid packages, procurement strategies, and logistics plans; coordinating contractors and property teams; reviewing contracts, invoices, and change orders; tracking project financials; conducting site inspections; managing risks, quality, safety, permitting, and resident impact; and completing documentation, warranties, and closeout requirements.

Delivers onboarding, coaching, training, and continuous learning for leasing and concierge teams across a multifamily property portfolio. Analyzes conversion metrics, resident surveys, audits, lease files, applications, and renewal data to identify performance gaps and create targeted coaching plans. Develops training materials, facilitates workshops, supports technology rollouts, tracks learning effectiveness, and recommends process improvements. The role requires frequent onsite work across properties, strong relationship-building, presentation, analytical, organizational, and multifamily operations skills.
