Designs and builds production-grade enterprise AI applications using Python and .NET. Responsibilities include developing Generative AI and RAG solutions, integrating LLMs, embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, and agentic workflows, and implementing Human-in-the-Loop governance. The role also covers AI evaluation, observability, monitoring, secure architecture, stakeholder collaboration, proof-of-concept development, and technical direction.

Lead the hands-on design and implementation of AI-augmented software engineering platforms across multiple teams. Build agentic workflows, retrieval and context layers, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, developer tooling, telemetry, and CI/CD integrations. Establish technical standards, assess AI models and services, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and influence architecture without direct management responsibility. Mentor senior engineers and deliver production solutions across Java, .NET, React, Flutter, and AWS environments.

Leads enterprise AI strategy, architecture, and solution design across client engagements and internal initiatives. Advises stakeholders, facilitates discovery workshops, evaluates AI platforms, designs scalable and secure architectures, defines roadmaps and governance models, and provides delivery oversight. The role also includes thought leadership, mentoring, innovation, architecture reviews, responsible AI guidance, and support for proposals and business development.
