Supports Transformation Strategists on enterprise client engagements by investigating operational processes, analyzing messy data, identifying value loss, and producing decision-ready slides, memos, and evidence packs. The role works across category, supply chain, finance operations, inventory, and commercial problems; supports working-level customer relationships; tracks actions and impact measurements; and uses AI to accelerate research, analysis, and drafting.

Own and ship end-to-end product features spanning user interfaces, APIs, data, and deployment. Translate ambiguous customer problems into MVPs, define success metrics, and deliver rapidly. Build AI-assisted workflows involving LLM outputs and human-in-the-loop interactions without training models. Collaborate closely with product and design, maintain high product quality, and contribute to secure, reliable, scalable production systems.

Own day-to-day delivery of enterprise transformation workstreams across live customer accounts. Responsibilities include building process fact bases, analyzing data, preparing decision materials, running customer operating cadences, coordinating with engineers, tracking transformation impact, and supporting process implementation and adoption. The role requires close customer partnership, strong analytical and communication skills, delivery ownership, and comfort working in an early-stage environment using AI.
