The Associate Corporate Counsel will manage legal affairs including drafting, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with laws while supporting the Legal & Risk Management Department.

Operate, maintain, and repair MEP systems in a high-rise residential building, including chillers, boilers, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, BMS monitoring, and fire/sprinkler systems. Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, safety audits, work orders, and light carpentry/painting within units and common areas while following PPE and LOTO protocols.
