Lead and oversee DECI's external rehabilitation programs (Job Placement, PRE-ETS, Long-Term Vocational Supports), manage financial performance, compliance, staff supervision, training, partnerships, and program outcomes across assigned counties. Serve as liaison with stakeholders, support audits, and act as backup for the Program Services Director.

Lead production, warehouse, facilities, and engineering teams to drive operational excellence. Own inventory, ERP material flow, maintenance, quality/compliance (ISO 9001, FDA, CARF), KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration while coaching staff and supporting mission-driven inclusion.

Manage customer accounts and orders, coordinate with production and warehouse, resolve billing and freight issues, monitor inventory, support CAPAs and ISO quality systems, document customer feedback, and produce reports to drive operational excellence.
