Creates professional product photography and video content from concept through delivery for ecommerce, websites, PIM systems, social media, sales, and customer education. Responsibilities include creative direction, scriptwriting, studio and location shooting, lighting, audio recording, editing, color correction, retouching, motion graphics, asset organization, and workflow management. The role collaborates with marketing, ecommerce, sales, product management, and operations teams and travels to company and customer locations as needed.

The Director of Pricing will lead pricing strategy across 14 brands and three channels. Responsibilities include establishing pricing governance and analytics, harmonizing price architecture, improving channel profitability, redesigning distributor programs, implementing cost pass-through mechanisms, auditing pricing leakage, and presenting margin and pricing performance to senior leadership and private equity sponsors.
