Owns full-cycle talent acquisition for sales, skilled trades, field service, and leadership roles. Responsibilities include proactive sourcing, passive candidate outreach, pipeline development, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, onboarding support, hiring-manager partnership, recruiting metrics, and campus or trade-school events. The role manages multiple requisitions with urgency while delivering a strong candidate experience and maintaining accurate ATS records. This is an on-site position in Coppell, Texas.

Coordinates work orders, dispatch schedules, quotes, and status updates for national accounts. Acts as the communication liaison among branches, subcontractors, customers, and internal teams. Collects technician reports, surveys, partner quotes, and photos; prepares quote materials; maintains accurate records; ensures policy compliance; and supports issue resolution and process improvements. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, customer service, communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment.

Manages multi-jurisdictional indirect tax compliance across sales, use, and property taxes. Responsibilities include reconciling tax data, preparing journal entries, researching tax law, maintaining exemption certificates, administering Avalara, coordinating with AP and billing, and supporting tax audits. The role requires strong analytical accuracy, ERP and Excel proficiency, deadline discipline, and knowledge of multi-state tax regulations.
