Oversee accounts payable compliance, SOX controls, tax reporting, reconciliations, vendor management, cash-flow analysis, audits, SOP development, and process automation. The role also resolves vendor disputes, supports procure-to-pay improvements, mentors junior staff, and collaborates with procurement, finance leaders, and auditors. This is an independent, office-based position with no travel requirement.

Assists the Operations Manager in running a residential door and window service operation. Coordinates schedules, workload, staffing, warehouse activities, inventory, purchase orders, service coordinators, subcontractors, job-site reviews, punch lists, safety procedures, and technician training. Requires residential entry door and window knowledge, accurate pre-installation measurement skills, supervisory ability, and comfort working across office, warehouse, and field environments. This is an on-site leadership-track role with no planned business travel.

Develop new business across an industrial territory through cold calling, site visits, solution-based selling, and relationship management. Assess dock and door equipment needs, create accurate proposals and quotes using CRM tools, collaborate with service technicians, manage the full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, and close deals. The role requires building a profitable book of business, supporting clients during operational disruptions, and influencing facility managers, owners, and general contractors.
