Manage demand planning, forecasting, procurement, inventory levels, product rotation, and supply logistics for resale products and marketing materials. Coordinate purchasing with Sales and Full-Service teams, anticipate promotional demand, manage product lifecycles, and maintain supplier and distribution-partner relationships. The role also handles supplier performance, issue resolution, inventory reconciliation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Leads the company’s people and culture strategy while overseeing employee relations, engagement, retention, talent management, onboarding, training, offboarding, HR operations, compliance, benefits, payroll coordination, investigations, legal risk, safety programs, and HRIS administration. Advises the CEO and leadership team, supervises an HR Generalist, supports managers and employees, and ensures employment practices align with legal requirements and organizational goals.
