Collaborates with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams and travels regularly between Valley View and Stow, Ohio.

Lead global account strategy and profitable growth for a major automotive OEM. Build executive and technical customer relationships, secure early specification of DuPont adhesive and fluid technologies, manage negotiations and pricing, and expand opportunities across electric vehicle batteries, Body-in-White assembly, glazing, thermal management, and emerging mobility. Coordinate commercial, technical, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing teams while managing forecasts, CRM, pipeline, account plans, and revenue, margin, and market-share targets.

Drive equipment reliability and asset performance across manufacturing operations. Lead reliability improvements, root cause failure analyses, maintenance data analysis, continuous improvement, capital project support, Process Safety Management activities, and turnaround planning. Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to improve safety, efficiency, productivity, and plant performance.
