Develop and close industrial water treatment sales opportunities for Desalitech’s CCRO systems across the Western U.S. Manage prospecting, technical and pricing strategies, capture plans, pilots, tenders, proposals, negotiations, forecasting, and contract closing. Build relationships with industrial clients, EPCs, and engineering firms while achieving sales targets. The role requires industrial water and wastewater experience, preferably with RO membrane technology, strong commercial and leadership skills, and travel up to 50%.

The Mechanical Reliability Engineer provides technical expertise and reliability support, leads projects, develops reliability programs, and uses analytical tools to enhance equipment reliability.
