The Business Development Specialist will drive sales growth in Czechia and Slovakia, manage customer relationships, and work closely with technical and marketing teams to achieve targets.

Manage assigned accounts receivable portfolio for LATAM, drive collections activities, coordinate with customer service, sales and credit teams, produce forecasts and reports, support reconciliations and audits, and lead monthly commercial meetings to prevent order referrals and maintain customer relationships.

Maintain global master data and statistical forecast models in OMP, produce 24-month unconstrained demand plans, align forecasts with sales/marketing/product teams, support Global Demand Review, analyze forecast error and bias, and drive corrective actions to improve demand accuracy and supply alignment.
