Supports automation and controls initiatives across two manufacturing sites by implementing robotic solutions, programming and optimizing PLCs, upgrading machine controls, leading automation and capital projects, improving machine safety and reliability, and troubleshooting automation issues. Collaborates with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams and travels regularly between Valley View and Stow, Ohio.

Lead global account strategy and profitable growth for a major automotive OEM. Build executive and technical customer relationships, secure early specification of DuPont adhesive and fluid technologies, manage negotiations and pricing, and expand opportunities across electric vehicle batteries, Body-in-White assembly, glazing, thermal management, and emerging mobility. Coordinate commercial, technical, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing teams while managing forecasts, CRM, pipeline, account plans, and revenue, margin, and market-share targets.

Supports product stewardship and regulatory compliance for DuPont’s Water Solutions business in ASEAN. Responsibilities include monitoring regulations and certification requirements, maintaining product approvals and compliance documentation, participating in stewardship reviews, supporting customer and business inquiries, and improving processes and training. The role collaborates with commercial, technical, manufacturing, product management, and corporate teams across the product lifecycle.
