The Senior Sales Manager will lead a team of Account Executives, drive revenue growth, develop strategic partner relationships, and promote emerging AI product lines within a SaaS environment.

Own and maintain corporate financial models, lead forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis, and track core SaaS KPIs (ARR, NRR, churn, LTV, CAC). Produce executive and board reporting, support commissions planning and reconciliations, partner cross-functionally to optimize hiring and spending, and drive process improvements to scale the business.

The Account Executive will drive growth across SMB and Mid-Market accounts, collaborating with AWS or GCP partners to generate pipeline and expand customer engagement, while managing sales cycles and strategic account plans.
