Lead and execute user acquisition on Meta, manage large paid-campaign budgets to hit CPM/CTR/CR/CPA targets, analyze funnel conversion, LTV and ROI, drive UA process automation with analytics/MarTech teams, and collaborate closely with creative and product marketing to grow the acquisition stream.

Build and maintain scalable React/TypeScript frontend apps and an admin panel using Next.js. Integrate with REST APIs, optimize performance, write tests (unit/integration/E2E), support CI/CD, participate in code reviews and architecture decisions.

Lead analytics function: deliver product, marketing, and business analytics; build and scale the analytics team; partner with CEO to drive growth; be a hands-on manager and top analyst; hire and manage teammates.
