Leads strategic, cross-functional technical programs across Growth and the broader organization. Responsibilities include roadmap definition, organizational change management, executive alignment, risk and dependency management, launch execution, process improvement, and mentoring TPMs and engineering leads. The role requires technical credibility, autonomy, strong influence without direct authority, and experience transforming engineering organizations. Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, LLM products, large datasets, and AWS is advantageous.

Illustration intern responsible for completing illustration projects independently and collaboratively, developing technical skills through training and mentorship, and partnering with Duolingo artists. Applicants must be pursuing a related bachelor’s degree, have experience with creative software, be available for a full-time 12-week summer internship, and provide a relevant portfolio.

Owns Duolingo English Test proctoring quality standards, calibration, adjudication, certification, and ongoing learning programs. The role analyzes quality trends, develops training interventions, maintains auditable process documentation, guides training specialists and adjudicators, and partners with Psychometrics, Security, Operations, Product, and Engineering to validate human and AI-assisted workflows.
