The Staff Accountant will manage monthly closes, prepare reconciliations, ensure financial accuracy, assist with P&L analyses, and identify automation opportunities.

The Corporate Counsel will support Duolingo's legal team in corporate governance, securities compliance, M&A, and various legal matters while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

As Corporate Counsel (Marketing), you will advise the Marketing team on compliance for campaigns, negotiate agreements, manage rights, and educate on advertising regulations while collaborating across functions.
