The Planned Giving Officer manages a portfolio of 100+ prospects and donors, focusing primarily on estate commitments, charitable gift annuities, IRA gifts, trusts, and blended gifts. Responsibilities include donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, proposal development, advisor collaboration, database management, planned giving communications, event participation, and estate administration follow-up. The role also supports major gifts, cross-team fundraising initiatives, and ongoing professional development in charitable gift planning and estate law.

Administers the Canvas LMS across dual-enrollment programs, including course setup, enrollments, academic terms, user access, templates, and semester launches. Coordinates district onboarding, student support, reporting, and operational communications. Resolves access and navigation issues, maintains documentation and procedures, monitors student engagement, and recommends workflow improvements. Partners with academic, technology, instructional, and district teams to ensure scalable, accurate, and responsive learning operations.

The Provost provides executive leadership for academic and student affairs, overseeing academic programs, student success, faculty development, accreditation, assessment, budgeting, strategic planning, and institutional effectiveness. The role supervises academic and student affairs leaders, advances innovation in teaching and workforce education, manages a division exceeding $25 million, ensures regulatory compliance, and develops industry, community, employer, and educational partnerships.
