The Lead Engineer will design and deliver .NET Core solutions, lead technical teams, ensure best practices, and drive innovation in software development for Retail Media.

Lead strategic relationships for a portfolio of retail media clients, translate business challenges into data-driven media and measurement solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects, drive client growth and upsell opportunities, and mentor team members.

Design, implement, support and develop complex machine learning models and applications for retail clients (notably Tesco). Translate data into actionable insights, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure solutions are scalable and reusable, communicate findings to non-technical audiences, and build new workstreams that deliver measurable customer outcomes.
