Support end-to-end delivery of CPG-funded in-store Point-of-Sale and digital onsite campaigns for Tesco NI and Ireland. Coordinate with Tesco NI Marketing, media planners, production, creative and ad ops to ensure accurate bookings, assets, approvals and adherence to channel guidelines. Perform campaign admin, asset checks, performance tracker updates, weekly site checks, and help identify execution improvements.

Lead and deliver category management consulting engagements for retailers and CPGs, support sales and pre-sales, supervise two direct reports, embed customer insights and assortment optimization into client processes, provide training, develop case studies and thought leadership, and collaborate with product and regional teams to ensure profitable, high-quality delivery.

Lead media planning and strategy for retail and CPG clients, build client relationships, drive collaboration between retailers and suppliers, set account media plans and budgets, measure ROI, upsell services, coach junior team members, package and present media insights, and contribute to product and best-practice development.
