Provide expert customer service and sales in-store and by phone, process transactions, maintain merchandise and inventory, follow safety standards, operate company vehicle, assist with merchandising/planograms, and support store performance and team development.

Field-based sales role responsible for lead generation through closing with property managers, HOAs, contractors, and specifiers. Conducts project assessments, writes specifications, performs job walks, delivers presentations, manages customer relationships, generates leads for district managers, and coordinates color/presentation services. Regular travel and strong product, project management, and record-keeping skills required.

Manage a sales territory selling paint, sundries and equipment to contractors and retail customers. Build customer partnerships, execute annual territory business plans, aggressively pursue new accounts, grow market share and margins, coordinate with stores and internal teams, and perform regular driving and on-site customer engagement.
