The role offers a flexible schedule around academic responsibilities and requires at least 25 hours per week from May through August.

Provides accounting, audit, and tax services for nonprofit organizations, governments, employee benefit plans, ESOPs, and privately held companies. Responsibilities include preparing business, individual, and nonprofit tax returns; assisting with audits; maintaining depreciation and T Value schedules; and completing special projects. The role requires strong attention to detail, client service, communication, organization, confidentiality, and a commitment to professional development.

Leads firmwide operations for a growing CPA and advisory firm, overseeing process improvement, resource allocation, financial and operational performance, technology initiatives, organizational development, and strategic execution. Partners with firm leadership and department heads to improve efficiency, profitability, scalability, employee engagement, and client service. The role also supports workforce planning, succession, budgeting, billing, collections, compliance, and cross-functional organizational initiatives.
