Manages client accounting and tax engagements, including compilations, reviews, federal and multi-state returns, planning, client service, staff delegation, work review, training, and supervision. Develops technical expertise, supports business development, and maintains strong client and team relationships.

Provides administrative, document-processing, tax-season, reception backup, correspondence, and client-service support at a CPA firm. Responsibilities include organizing and electronically filing documents, preparing financial statements and engagement letters, processing tax returns and organizers, managing client portals and mail, monitoring communications, and coordinating events. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, technology skills, confidentiality, customer service, and flexibility during extended tax-season workloads.
