Lead full-cycle accounts payable across multiple entities, ensuring timely invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, vendor management, and weekly payment runs. Mentor and train AP staff, enforce controls, document SOPs, drive process improvements, support audits, and collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, and Finance to resolve issues.

Lead daily restaurant operations to drive sales, control costs, and deliver exceptional customer service. Hire, train, and develop staff, enforce health and safety standards, optimize workflows, and ensure profitability while maintaining brand and quality expectations.

Manage the full accounts payable cycle: process invoices, maintain vendor relationships and aging reports, prepare weekly payments, reconcile credit cards, and support month-end and year-end close and reconciliations. Assist with additional accounting tasks as needed.
