Manages daily office operations, including reception, visitor support, supplies and inventory, shared-space readiness, vendor coordination, travel booking, event expense tracking, storage organization, and new-hire equipment setup. The role serves as a welcoming first point of contact and requires strong organization, communication, initiative, reliability, bilingual French-English proficiency, and on-site availability in Montreal.

Own the end-to-end accounts receivable function, including client credit assessment, billing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, disputes, escalations, and reporting. Lead AR priorities, improve DSO and cash flow, manage client finance relationships, develop the team, and enhance workflows through NetSuite automation and AI. The role also oversees AR KPIs, controls, process improvement, and complex collection cases.

Provides employee-relations guidance and manager coaching for a cross-border workforce. Leads investigations, performance reviews, compensation support, onboarding, offboarding, and sensitive workplace matters. Develops HR policies, ensures Canadian and U.S. employment-law compliance, maintains BambooHR records, and delivers reporting on engagement and retention.
