Leads complex cross-functional transformation programs from discovery through implementation, adoption, stabilization, and optimization. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, portfolio prioritization, process redesign, ERP and CRM implementations, systems integrations, financial operations transformation, change management, stakeholder leadership, and team management. The role partners with executives, Finance, technical teams, and vendors while driving measurable business outcomes.

Supports an ongoing SEO remediation initiative by updating meta titles and descriptions, making accurate website backend edits, and optimizing blog and newsletter content. Assists with copywriting and other digital marketing tasks while collaborating with internal teams and external agency partners. The internship includes training in technical marketing best practices and requires strong English and French writing, organization, attention to detail, initiative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
