Performs general ledger, period-end close, reconciliations, accruals, reporting, budgeting support, audit coordination, and accounting analysis across global entities. Maintains controls and documentation, resolves financial issues, and improves accounting systems, processes, workflows, and automation. Partners with Finance, IT, auditors, and external stakeholders while supporting ERP implementation and optimization.

Manage the end-to-end delivery of global leadership development programs, including project planning, budgets, contracts, logistics, invoicing, materials, client communications, virtual and on-site support, evaluations, reporting, and knowledge management. The role coordinates internal faculty, delivery teams, and global stakeholders; supports program design; maintains strong client relationships; identifies business development opportunities; and ensures consistent delivery quality across in-person and virtual formats.

Leads complex consulting and advisory engagements involving leadership development, change management, and strategic people initiatives. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, project plans, budgets, contracts, timelines, accounting, risks, client relationships, presentations, and stakeholder communications across multinational organizations. The role requires senior consulting and project management experience, formal certification, strong analytical and communication skills, and regular travel to client sites.
