Supports asphalt plant operations by assisting with maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, equipment upkeep, truck flow, and plant relocation preparation. Maintains safe, clean, organized work areas, follows supervisor direction, and works outdoors in variable weather. The role requires physical activity, lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional overtime, mechanical aptitude, strong communication, safety awareness, and willingness to travel between plant locations. Candidates must pass additional security clearance requirements to access Randolph Air Force Base.
